The cuisines in our two restaurants Eschenbach and Salieri could hardly be more different. In one, traditional Austrian specialities prepared to the highest order, in the other Mediterranean specialities. Select wines complete the Gourmet experience.

Restaurant Eschenbach

The Restaurant Eschenbach specialises in �Fine Vienna Classics� - traditional Austrian cuisine with specialities such as �Tafelspitz� (prime boiled beef) and �Palatschinken� (pancakes).

The three individually styled saloons are the meeting place for lovers of fine food and are at the same time predestined for celebrations and large parties of up to 150 guests. Our top priority is to spoil our guests with food of the highest quality, exquisite culinary skill and first class service.

Salieri Restaurant

Exceptional pleasure for the pallet is ensured through the freshest and best ingredients together with cleverly selected herbs and seasoning blended together by our master chef with superb culinary skill.
